This policy covers cancellation rules for both boat hire and boat detailing services.

Boat hire cancellations

Weather cancellations: reschedule at no charge.
Customer cancellations ≥48hrs before booking: free.
Customer cancellations <48hrs: may forfeit deposit.
No-shows: no refund.

Boat detailing cancellations

Minimum 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Weather considerations apply for on-water work.

Refund process

Refunds processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
